Gravity is like a big hug from the Earth!

You know how when you're playing outside and you throw a ball up in the air, it comes back down to the ground? That's because the Earth is giving the ball a big hug! The Earth wants to keep everything close to it, so it pulls everything towards itself. That's what we call gravity!

It's like when you give your favorite toy a big hug and don't want to let it go. The Earth is doing the same thing with everything on it, including you!
