Gravity is like a big hug from the Earth!

You know how when you give your favorite toy a big hug, you pull it close to you? That's kind of like what the Earth does to everything on it, including you! The Earth is pulling you towards it with an invisible force called gravity. That's why you don't float off into space when you're standing on the ground. It's like the Earth is giving you a big hug and keeping you safe on its surface. And that's why things fall down when you drop them, because the Earth is pulling them towards it with its gravity hug!
