Gravity is like a big hug from the Earth!

You know how when you hug your favorite stuffed animal or a friend, you want to keep them close to you? That's kind of what the Earth is doing to everything on it, including you!

The Earth is pulling everything towards itself with an invisible force called gravity. That's why you don't float off into space when you're standing on the ground. It's like the Earth is giving you a big hug and keeping you safe on its surface!
